Return and exchange window

Contact support within 3 days of delivery if you want to request a return or exchange. This includes damaged, incomplete, incorrect, visibly different, or non-defective items that are still new, unused, and in original condition.

Return eligibility

Returns are reviewed based on item condition, order details, product type, and the reason for the request. Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and kept with original packaging where possible. Photos of the packaging and item help us review the request faster. We aim to respond with the next step within 2 business days.

Items that may not be returnable

Made-on-order, customized, installed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or final-sale decor pieces may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order.

Exchange handling

If an exchange is available, we will guide you through the next steps after reviewing the issue. Exchange availability depends on stock, product condition, and courier feasibility. Approved exchanges are coordinated after the item condition and replacement availability are confirmed.

Return shipping and refunds

Return shipping instructions are shared after approval. If the item was damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the order, support will guide the next step. For approved non-defective returns, return delivery charges may be the customer's responsibility. We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item is received and reviewed.
